  • 500 grams chicken wings (6 wings specified)
  • Corn flour/starch, to coat wings
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
  • FOR SAUCE
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • FOR SEASONING
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon corn flour
  • 2 tablespoons water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Marinate chicken wings with sauce for 15 minutes.
