Step by Step Method

Step 1

Melt the butter over low heat in a large nonstick skillet. Add 1/2 of the green onions to the pan and simmer until soft, then pour in the eggs and black pepper and continuously stir until the eggs are almost firm.

Step 2

Remove from heat and fold in the cream cheese and salmon, return to low heat and melt the cream cheese.

Step 3

Sprinkle with the rest of the onions

Great combo. I think if I had kept the lox separate so it stayed raw, it would make this 5 stars. Love all these ingredients together.

I Scaled back for 1 serve and used 3 small eggs and low fat cream cheese and made as per recipe and enjoyed this restaurant quality dish, thank you Meeps for a great breakfast, made for Alphabet Soup tag game. Made this again and it was as good as ever, thank you once again.
