Tips & Variations

No special items needed.

My cheese did not get as gooey as I hoped but that was because I used a caste iron frypan and I think I had it a little to hot so it was toasting the bread before the cheese had a chance to melt but the sandwich was still absolutely delicious with the taste of the creamy cheese, smoky salmon and the zing from the zest and the mustard an absolutely delicious lunch, thank you MsPia made for Alphabet Soup tag game.
