"I am very impressed with this recipe.It takes 10 minutes to prepare then put it in a low oven and forget it for an hour - hnge the temp nd watch the last hour go bt. It has wonderful flavor and is super moist. This is on my favorite chicken recipe list
I placed a piece of foil loosely over the chicken for 15 minutes of the last half hour. I cut the recipe in half.
This is a Kraft recipe -"
Heat oven to 325f.
Place chicken, garlic & lemons in a roasting pan.
Whisk dressing, wine & salt together.
Pour over the chicken.
Bake 1 1/2 hours or until the chicken is done.
Increase oven temp to 400 for the last half hour.
Remove lemon slices.
Either leave the garlic with the chicken or save for some other use.
