Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 1/2 pounds chicken pieces (bone-in, breasts, thighs, drumsticks)
  • 20 cloves garlic, unpeeled
  • 2 lemons, whole (each cut into 8 wedges)
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing (Kraft Sweet Onion vinaigrette dressing)
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 325f.

  • Step 2: Place chicken, garlic & lemons in a roasting pan.

  • Step 3: Whisk dressing, wine & salt together.

  • Step 4: Pour over the chicken.

  • Step 5: Bake 1 1/2 hours or until the chicken is done.

  • Step 6: Increase oven temp to 400 for the last half hour.

  • Step 7: Remove lemon slices.

  • Step 8: Either leave the garlic with the chicken or save for some other use.
