"This such a simple recipe but tasty. I don't use egg to coat the cutlet but if you want a really crisp cutlet add 2 eggs to the recipe and increase the crumbs to 1 cup and the Italian spice to 2 teaspoons. Dust the cutlets with flour then dip in egg and then the crumbs - cook time apprx the same"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix together the crumbs, parmesan and oregano.
Step 2
Season the cutlets with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Press the crumbs into each side of the cutlets.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a large skillet, medium high heat.
Step 5
Cook the cutlets until golden on each side, apprx 5 minutes each side.
Step 6
Divide the salsa between the cutlets and serve.
