Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 16 ounces turkey cutlets (4 turkey cutlets/4 ounces each)
  • 1/2 cup panko crumbs
  • 1 teaspoons Italian spice
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil (olive oil)
  • 1/2 cup salsa (your favorite)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the crumbs, parmesan and oregano.

  • Step 2: Season the cutlets with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: Press the crumbs into each side of the cutlets.

  • Step 4: Heat the oil in a large skillet, medium high heat.

  • Step 5: Cook the cutlets until golden on each side, apprx 5 minutes each side.

  • Step 6: Divide the salsa between the cutlets and serve.
