Step 1: Mix together the crumbs, parmesan and oregano.
Step 2: Season the cutlets with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Press the crumbs into each side of the cutlets.
Step 4: Heat the oil in a large skillet, medium high heat.
Step 5: Cook the cutlets until golden on each side, apprx 5 minutes each side.
Step 6: Divide the salsa between the cutlets and serve.
