" Easy healthy salad. I like to use Calorie Wise Sundried tomato with oregano dressing but use your own favorite dressing. I included 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese but that is optional."

mmm YUM made this for a nice light supper tonight. I used canned red sockeye salmon and what i had in the frige for veggies, with Catalina low fat dressing. A lovely summer salad !!

I made this using your Baked Salmon Filets recipe instead of using can salmon and Kits Zesty Italian Parmesan Dressing recipe and the end result was divine!! Made for the summer salads challenge event.
