"This can be made as a loaf or as muffins. For muffins, cut the baking time to about 15 mins. Direct from the blog "Shockingly Delicious" where it's called "Old School Sour Cream Banana Bread." No nuts, chocolate chips, or any other added goodies, just sweet and moist banana flavor. Mmmm "

Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Mist bottom of a loaf pan (what I used was 8 1/2 x 4 1/2) with nonstick spray.
Step 2
In large bowl, beat together suar and oil. Add eggs, banana, sour cream, vanilla and salt and blend well. Add flour and baking soda together and stir into wet ingredients until just moistened. Pour into prepared pan.
Step 3
Bake 60 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10-15 minutes and remove from pan. Finish cooling on rack.
