TwisSis RIP Forever in our Kitchen

Banana bread is highly-favored around our house & the truly shocking thing about this banana bread is how it's such an easy fix. It's an ingredient-friendly, 1-bowl quick-fix. Made as written using the baking powder option, it was delicious but I didn't notice any real textural chg. We enjoyed it last nite for dessert & today w/our morning coffee. Thx for sharing this recipe w/us.

mmm sooo good !! I made the loaf into muffins, Don ate two right out of the oven, very good and so easy, it will be my go to recipe for muffins, he prefers them instead of a loaf. Because i was making them into muffins and wanted them nice and light i added a teaspoon of baking powder, other than than made them just as you wrote it. Thanks for posting !
