We loved this quick and easy side dish...I used 2 baby bok choys and cut the sauce ingredients in half and it made the perfect amount...the flavors really shined...I served it with a delicous sesame soy beef kebobs...made for "WOTM" and "B'Zazzled" tag games...

I used 1 Bok Choy halved and cooked in a char pan on the stove top due to the ovens being full and it made a wonderful side to my chicken wings all of which was very much enjoyed. Thank you dienia b made for What's on the Menu tag game at FF&F.
