Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil ginger and garlic; add chicken and marinate for half an hour.
Step 2
Bring 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to high heat in a wok; add chicken mixture and cook until chicken is just cooked.
Step 3
Add bok choy, onion and bell pepper and stir-fry until tender but still crisp.
Step 4
Pour onto a plate and set aside.
Step 5
Bring 3/4 cup water and 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil to a boil in the wok.
Step 6
Add the noodles and cover until softened.
Step 7
Loosen the noodles and add the chicken mixture, hoisin sauce and red pepper flakes.
Step 8
Heat through and serve.
