"This is simple recipe loaded with flavor. The Marsala wine gives a rich flavor to the bok choy. Season with salt and pepper. If you do not want to use wine just add 1 teaspoon Chipotle Mango seasoning - it is delicious and a nice alternative."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil medium heat, in a wok or large skillet.
Step 2
Add onions and mushrooms, saute for about 6 minutes or until the mushrooms have browned and the onion is translucent, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Turn heat to medium high, add bok choy, flip it with the mushrooms and onions. Only cook the bok choy for a minute or two.
Step 4
Add wine, or chipotle seasoning cover and cook for a further minute. Do not over cook the bok choy.
Step 5
You want it heated through but still have some crunch.
