Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine chicken and egg in a shallow dish; toss to coat.

Step 2

Combine flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, garlic pwder, and next 3 ingredients in a shallow dish; dredge chicken in the flour mixture.

Step 3

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and swirl to coat. Add chicken and cook 5 minutes on each side or until browned and done. Drain chicken on a plate lined with paper towels.

Step 4

Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt; top with hot sauce.

Easy prep, easy cooking, making for an easy and delightful Sunday dinner. We really enjoyed the flavors of this chicken, squirted with some sriracha hot sauce brought it over the top good. Fantastic chicken recipe that is easy peasy to prepare. This uses ingredients I always have on hand, is quick to prepare, and has excellent flavor. I used Frank's Red Hot Sauce since it is a favorite of ours. This recipe is going into my Best of 2024 file. Delish!

What a delicious way of preparing chicken...we loved it...we could have used even more hot sauce...this was so easy to prepare...I cut it down to 1 serving and it was enough to feed two...I just cut a fillet in half lengthwise...this is a keeper...made for your week #12 win in the football tag...
