Step 1

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add in garlic and cook stirring for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Add in the sliced mushrooms and cook stirring for about 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice then season with salt and pepper.

I was generous with the garlic and used 4 cloves for 1/2 pound mushrooms. This recipe was perfect as a side for a Pork Burger (#10713). I would love the recipe with steak or meatballs. It will be made often in the future.

Made this as a side to bacon and eggs for dinner and this is one fantastic recipe. So easy and so tasty, another recipe that proves the simple things in life are best! Except for the addition of parsley, I made exactly as written, and we really enjoyed this.
