"These savory appetizers are stuffed with sausage, jalapenos and monterey jack cheese are a favorite appetizer. It's hard to say exactly how many mushroom caps you will get using two pounds, the servings say 30 but it depends on the size of the mushrooms that you purchase"

I diced the jalapenos and added them in with the sausage. I seeded them before chopping to lower the heat. Delicious and enjoyed them on New Years.
