Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Step 2
Make a white sauce of the butter, flour, seasonings and milk.
Step 3
Stir about half of the cheese into the hot sauce.
Step 4
Mix with macaroni.
Step 5
Turn into buttered Pam sprayed round 3 quart glass casserole (pyrex)
Step 6
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Step 7
(I would use less the cheese on top myself)
Step 8
Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven 25 minutes.
Step 9
Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
