Step 1

Combine tuna, mayonnaise and sweet pickle relish in bowl

Step 2

Arrange 1 slice cheese over each slice of bread

Top with tuna mixture and close sandwiches.

Melt butter ( may need more) in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat to get ready for sandwich

Beat together egg and milk in a pie plate.

Season to taste

Dip each sandwich in egg mixture, turning to coat lightly.

Add sandwiches to hot buttered pan

Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.

Step 10

Cut sandwiches diagonally in half
