"This is a garlicky salsa recipe I have made a few times. It is from a cookbook I won at an event hosted in the food photo forum when the site first launched. It is called "Great Garlic Recipes". I wear gloves when working with the jalapeño because the heat stays on your skin for a while after you touch the pepper and can sting if you touch your face or eyes."
