Step by Step Method
Step 1
Dust salmon lightly with flour.
Step 2
In large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Add salmon (skin side up for fillets). Cook 3 minutes.
Step 3
Mix together wine, mustard, capers and garlic salt.
Step 4
Turn salmon; cook 2 minutes. Add wine mixture. Cook 2 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Step 5
Remove salmon, add heavy cream into skillet. Boil briefly to thicken.
Step 6
Serve over salmon.
