Step 1: Dust salmon lightly with flour.
Step 2: In large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Add salmon (skin side up for fillets). Cook 3 minutes.
Step 3: Mix together wine, mustard, capers and garlic salt.
Step 4: Turn salmon; cook 2 minutes. Add wine mixture. Cook 2 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Step 5: Remove salmon, add heavy cream into skillet. Boil briefly to thicken.
Step 6: Serve over salmon.
