"My version of a simple recipe I found online. I loved the grapes; but, I wanted a bit more. I added walnuts; and I prefer to serve this warm. I found some thin Italian whole grain crackers (that were twice the size as the classic cracker; and, they were wonderful with this. But, you can also use the more traditional baguette too; however, I suggest a multi-grain one, if available. This is when a trip to the ethnic or specialty markets can really offer a wide variety of options. There are many types and brands of crackers, crostini, wafers, breads etc; that, all would be great with this topping."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Grapes ... Add the grapes to a large baking sheet, lined with parchment paper or foil (for easy clean up). Then, drizzle with olive oil and toss.

Step 2

Roast ... On the middle shelf, in a 400 degree oven; for, 15-20 minutes. They will soften and start to shrivel.

Step 3

Finish ... Add the nuts and toss, top with the cheese; and, continue to bake/roast, just until the cheese starts to soften, about 5 minutes.

Step 4

Serve and ENJOY! ... As the grapes cook; you can also toast your baguette, if that is what you want to serve this with. Although, I prefer crackers when I serve it. Even pita chips are delicious. Simply transfer the grapes to a serving bowl, drizzle with the honey; and, serve with the crackers, crostini, etc.
