Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • TOPPING
  • 1/2 pound green seedless grapes
  • 1/2 pound red seedless grapes
  • 4 to 6 ounces gorgonzola cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • CRACKERS OR BREAD
  • 16 ounce baguette bread (multi-grain baguette, thin sliced on an angle and toasted or multi-grain / favorite crackers; even pita chips)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grapes ... Add the grapes to a large baking sheet, lined with parchment paper or foil (for easy clean up). Then, drizzle with olive oil and toss.

  • Step 2: Roast ... On the middle shelf, in a 400 degree oven; for, 15-20 minutes. They will soften and start to shrivel.

  • Step 3: Finish ... Add the nuts and toss, top with the cheese; and, continue to bake/roast, just until the cheese starts to soften, about 5 minutes.

  • Step 4: Serve and ENJOY! ... As the grapes cook; you can also toast your baguette, if that is what you want to serve this with. Although, I prefer crackers when I serve it. Even pita chips are delicious. Simply transfer the grapes to a serving bowl, drizzle with the honey; and, serve with the crackers, crostini, etc.
