Yum. I used some shredded leftover roast beef rather than the deli meat. Loved the horseradish mustard sauce on these. Thanks for sharing, Bea.

There's just something about grilled cheese sandwiches that screams "Home"! We loved all the flavors here and the mustard/horseradish spread made it taste MMM. However, I used bologna (I know sounds crazy), but the deli closed an hour prior to the supermarket and I was out of luck. They had packaged bologna and ham ready to go. I thought I grabbed the ham, but to my shock, I saw bologna in my fridge instead! How did that get there, well, I'll cop it up to a senior moment? Nevertheless, it came out delicious! Thank you, Bea, for sharing!
