"This is a slightly modified version of a recipe from Jane Brody. You can add or subtract whatever toppings you prefer. It's a great use for leftover rice."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In medium bowl combine the rice, the beaten egg white and whole egg, and 1 cup of mozzarella.
Step 2
Spread mixture evenly on bottom and sides of greased 12"-13" pizza pan or two 9" pie plates, pressing firmly to form a crust.
Step 3
Bake crust in preheated 450' F. oven for 20 minutes.
Step 4
In small bowl combine tomato sauce, garlic, basil, and oregano.
Step 5
Spread this sauce evenly over baked crust.
Step 6
Add your choice of toppings.
Step 7
Sprinkle pizza with remaining cup of mozzarella and the Parmesan.
Step 8
Return pizza to oven for 10 minutes more.
