Step 1: In medium bowl combine the rice, the beaten egg white and whole egg, and 1 cup of mozzarella.
Step 2: Spread mixture evenly on bottom and sides of greased 12"-13" pizza pan or two 9" pie plates, pressing firmly to form a crust.
Step 3: Bake crust in preheated 450' F. oven for 20 minutes.
Step 4: In small bowl combine tomato sauce, garlic, basil, and oregano.
Step 5: Spread this sauce evenly over baked crust.
Step 6: Add your choice of toppings.
Step 7: Sprinkle pizza with remaining cup of mozzarella and the Parmesan.
Step 8: Return pizza to oven for 10 minutes more.
