Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place rice and ½ cup of the cheese in a buttered shallow 1-quart baking dish.
Step 2
Combine milk, salt, peppr and Worcestershire, adding Tabasco and cayenne if desired.
Step 3
Pour over rice and mix well.
Step 4
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and add paprika if desired.
Step 5
Bake 20 minutes at 350' F.
