Step 1: Place rice and ½ cup of the cheese in a buttered shallow 1-quart baking dish.
Step 2: Combine milk, salt, peppr and Worcestershire, adding Tabasco and cayenne if desired.
Step 3: Pour over rice and mix well.
Step 4: Sprinkle with remaining cheese and add paprika if desired.
Step 5: Bake 20 minutes at 350' F.
