"These are always a big hit when I serve them for the holidays, plan ahead the the pinwheels need a 2 hour refrigeration time before slicing or up to 24 hours. Amounts listed will yield 15-20 sandwiches depending on how large you slice them, cook time is 2 hour refrigeration time"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a bowl, beat cream cheese with dry Ranch seasoning mix (start with half a package of dry dressing mix and add in more after if desired) garlic powder and cayenne until smooth and well combined.
Step 2
Add red bell pepper, celery, onions and olives; mix well.
Step 3
Spread about 3/4 cup on each tortilla, then roll up tightly.
Step 4
Wrap each roll in plastic wrap, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
Step 5
Slice into about 1/2 to 3/4-inch slices.
