Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 to 1 package dry Ranch salad dressing mix (preferably Hidden Valley)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 cup minced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup minced celery
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives, coarsely chopped
  • 3 or 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl, beat cream cheese with dry Ranch seasoning mix (start with half a package of dry dressing mix and add in more after if desired) garlic powder and cayenne until smooth and well combined.

  • Step 2: Add red bell pepper, celery, onions and olives; mix well.

  • Step 3: Spread about 3/4 cup on each tortilla, then roll up tightly.

  • Step 4: Wrap each roll in plastic wrap, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.

  • Step 5: Slice into about 1/2 to 3/4-inch slices.
