Step 1: In a bowl, beat cream cheese with dry Ranch seasoning mix (start with half a package of dry dressing mix and add in more after if desired) garlic powder and cayenne until smooth and well combined.
Step 2: Add red bell pepper, celery, onions and olives; mix well.
Step 3: Spread about 3/4 cup on each tortilla, then roll up tightly.
Step 4: Wrap each roll in plastic wrap, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
Step 5: Slice into about 1/2 to 3/4-inch slices.
