Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees (your oven rack should be positioned at lowest). Sprinkle chicken on both sides with spices. Place skin side facing down in a baking sheet that has been sprayed with Pam cooking spray.

Bake for a total cook time of 45-50 minutes hour turning pieces over once halfway through cooking (depending on what chicken pieces you use cooking time may be a little more or less).
