Step by Step Method
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan and stir in pho paste until combined and then add chicken and simmer for about 4 minutes, or until chicken is just cooked and then remove from heat.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare noodles according packet directions.
Step 3
Divide noodles among serving bowls and add 1/3 cup shredded carrot to each bowl and top with sprouts and spoon over chicken mixture and top with combined coriander and mint.
Step 4
Serve with lime wedges.
