These are Fabulous little morsels of Yum! The combination of ingredients work so well, especially with the bite of radishes. I did up the herbs and lemon zest, to taste and cut the butter in half. I’m a sucker for English tea sandwiches and these are at the top of my list. They are attractive too and I had a strong urge to wear one of those Queen-like hats with pinkies out. I tried it open face on sourdough and on white bread in the traditional manner, both ways are great. You can bet that I’ll be making these again. Thank you, Dee, for sharing.
