Step 1

To make the slaw: whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, whiskey, scallion, salt and pepper. Spread each slice with stone ground mustard.

Step 2

On one slice of bread, add slices of Swiss cheese.

Microwave for 10 seconds and remove.

Step 4

Place corned beef on top of the cheese.

Step 5

Spoon the coleslaw on top of the beef.

Step 6

Top the sandwich with bread. Cut on diagonal.
