Step 1: To make the slaw: whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, whiskey, scallion, salt and pepper. Spread each slice with stone ground mustard.
Step 2: On one slice of bread, add slices of Swiss cheese.
Step 3: Microwave for 10 seconds and remove.
Step 4: Place corned beef on top of the cheese.
Step 5: Spoon the coleslaw on top of the beef.
Step 6: Top the sandwich with bread. Cut on diagonal.
