Step by Step Method
Step 1
First Pan: Put chili ingredients together saving 1/2 the onions. crushing the tomatoes, and simmer until chicken is done.
Step 2
Second Pan: Heat butter and oil.
Step 3
Season chicken and add garlic and 1/2 the onions and add to pan.
Step 4
Brown lightly, assuring chicken is cooked through; plate chicken with onions and garlic, dividing equally.
Step 5
Pour chili over chicken breast.
Step 6
Garnish with cheese, (my idea).
