Step 1: First Pan: Put chili ingredients together saving 1/2 the onions. crushing the tomatoes, and simmer until chicken is done.
Step 2: Second Pan: Heat butter and oil.
Step 3: Season chicken and add garlic and 1/2 the onions and add to pan.
Step 4: Brown lightly, assuring chicken is cooked through; plate chicken with onions and garlic, dividing equally.
Step 5: Pour chili over chicken breast.
Step 6: Garnish with cheese, (my idea).
