"Tasty healthy version of French Fries. You may peel the potatoes and cut them ahead of time then hold them covered in ice water.When ready to bake them dry on paper towels before spraying with oil and adding spices. I make these without the oil but the spices adhere better using oil."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375f

Step 2

Place parchment paper on a cookie tray or baking stone

Step 3

Mix the adobo and garlic powder in a plastic bag

Step 4

Dry the potato chips with paper towel and lightly spray them with olive oil. Put them in the bag with the adobo and garlic, shake the bag to evenly coat the chips

Step 5

Spread on cookie sheet single layer and bake for 30 minutes

Step 6

Take the tray from the oven, flip the chips and sprinkle on the parmesan cheese

Step 7

Return to oven and finish baking for another 15 minutes. They should be golden

Super Salty! ???? I was so excited following the recipe and then i tried it and it was awful! ???? I followed the recipe exactly as is. I think my taste buds did not appreciate all the salty seasonings in this recipe.

Had these with your au jus burgers and it was the perfect side. These went nicely with Bea's Redhot yogurt fries dip.
