Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 large baking potatoes, peeled, cut into french fry chip size
  • 2 teaspoons Adobo seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375f

  • Step 2: Place parchment paper on a cookie tray or baking stone

  • Step 3: Mix the adobo and garlic powder in a plastic bag

  • Step 4: Dry the potato chips with paper towel and lightly spray them with olive oil. Put them in the bag with the adobo and garlic, shake the bag to evenly coat the chips

  • Step 5: Spread on cookie sheet single layer and bake for 30 minutes

  • Step 6: Take the tray from the oven, flip the chips and sprinkle on the parmesan cheese

  • Step 7: Return to oven and finish baking for another 15 minutes. They should be golden
