Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat the butter in a skillet, brown the mushroom caps on both sides, remove and drain on a paper towel
Step 2
Add the onions, garlic and chopped stems to the skillet cook for approximately 5 minutes, add peppers cook 1 minute
Step 3
Place mushroom caps in an oven proof dish, fill them with the pepper mixture, sprinkle cheese on top
Step 4
Bake in 375f oven for 8 minutes, turn on broiler, broil for 2 minutes or until the cheese is nice and bubbly Enjoy
