"Juicy tasty burger. The burger firms up after sitting in the fridge for 2 hours (the fridge time is not included in the prep time). I have listed 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce but I like at least 1 teaspoon. This recipe is from Canadian Living Magazine and is listed as one of their top seven pork burgers. I like to add lettuce, slice of sweet onion, some cheddar cheese with fried mushrooms on the side. Angry Whopper Sauce goes really well with it (22995) as do Sauteed Mushrooms with Garlic (5878)"

Great burger! Admittedly other than English Breakfast patties I rarely have had a pork burger. Made with lovely farm raised pork hamburger this recipe was super good! I had mine minus the bun topped with sweet white onion, tomatoes and lettuce. There will be a reruns for this one for sure!
