Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 small egg (or half a large egg)
  • 1/2 teaspoons water
  • 2 tablespoons panko (or other dry breadcrumbs)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (your favorite)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 pound lean ground pork
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 2 (100 grams) bread buns (burger buns or your favorite buns)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat the egg with the 1/2 teaspoon water

  • Step 2: Mix together all the remaining ingredients except buns

  • Step 3: Shape into 2 Patties

  • Step 4: Place on a greased grill over medium- high heat, close lid, grill turning once for 5-6 minutes each side.

  • Step 6: Pan fry medium high heat for 5-6 minutes each side
