"I have made this a few times and was enjoyed by all. A healthy version of take away. Served with a salad this makes for a tasty and healthy dinner and this is also the perfect recipe for a healthy version of finger food for parties, especially served with the dipping sauce."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine the chicken and the yoghurt and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Step 2

Mix together flours, parmesan, seasoning, mustard and garlic powder.

Step 3

Shake any excess yoghurt off the chicken and toss the chicken in the seasoned flour until well coated; shake any excess flour off the chicken and arrange in a single layer on a baking paper lined oven tray.

Step 4

Spray chicken with olive oil and bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, shaking once or twice until golden and chicken is cooked through.

Step 5

Cool popcorn on tray for 5 minutes before serving.

Step 6

To make the dipping sauce: Combine yogurt, mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl and serve with popcorn chicken.

What a tasty dish...and it wasn't greasy because it was baked...the hubby thought there was too much dipping sauce...I loved the little popcorn nuggets slathered in the tarty sauce...made for "Billboard" tag game...
