Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Drain pineapple reserving liquid.
Step 3
Prepare cake mix according to directions subbing pineapple juice for water plus enough liquid to be amount called for.
Step 4
Pour into greased Pam sprayed flouted (Bundt )cake pan.
Step 5
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Step 6
Cool.
Step 7
Frosting:
Step 8
Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
Step 9
Gradually beat in milk.
Step 10
Add pudding mix.
Step 11
Beat 2 minutes on low speed.
Step 12
Fold in pineapple.
Step 13
Spread on cake.
Step 14
Top with cool whip.
