Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place pizza bases on two lightly oiled pizza trays.
Step 2
Divide sauce between pizza bases and spread evenly over the top and then sprinkle 3/4 cup of the cheese over both bases.
Step 3
Thinly slice duck and arrange evenly over cheese on bases and then top with onions and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Step 4
Cook in hot oven (200C) for about 20 minutes, swapping trays halfway through or until cheese is golden and bases are crisp.
Step 5
Cut pizzas into wedges and serve with cut cucumber ribbons.
