Step by Step Method

Step 1

Slice figs into quarters and set aside.

Step 2

Peel and remove core from the pears and then cut pears into wedges (8 wedges per pear)

Step 3

Separate the endive and raddicchio into sections and then arrange them on a serving plate, alternating the greens to look pretty.

Step 4

Place the fig and pear sections inside each leaf of the endive and radicchio. Top with the blue cheese.

Step 5
