Ingredients

  • 8 figs, fresh with stems removed
  • 2 pears (Bosc or your favorite pears)
  • 1 Belgium endive (head)
  • 1 red radicchio (head)
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled

How to Make

  • Step 1: Slice figs into quarters and set aside.

  • Step 2: Peel and remove core from the pears and then cut pears into wedges (8 wedges per pear)

  • Step 3: Separate the endive and raddicchio into sections and then arrange them on a serving plate, alternating the greens to look pretty.

  • Step 4: Place the fig and pear sections inside each leaf of the endive and radicchio. Top with the blue cheese.
