Step 1: Slice figs into quarters and set aside.
Step 2: Peel and remove core from the pears and then cut pears into wedges (8 wedges per pear)
Step 3: Separate the endive and raddicchio into sections and then arrange them on a serving plate, alternating the greens to look pretty.
Step 4: Place the fig and pear sections inside each leaf of the endive and radicchio. Top with the blue cheese.
Step 5: Chill until ready to serve and then drizzle with mustard-honey vinaigrette (https://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/mustard-honey-vinaigrette-44551) or other vinaigrette dressing.
