"This sounds so silly BUT You will not believe how delicious this is :o :o :o I was going to make these for valentines day breakfast but got voted out, so i maDe them today for lunch, wozer :!: Unbelievably delicious :lol: not something for everyday but for an occasional treat like I said wozzzer :lol: Didn't want to get the grill out for just 1 cut pita so used a cast iron frypan on top of the sammies to make the panini. I used whole wheat pita with seeds and stuff in them which added to a nutty flavour :D (revised from Splenda)"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a medium bowl mix together peanut butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, yogurt and cinnamon until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and raisins.
Step 2
Spread the peanut butter mixture inside the pita pockets; add the banana slices; brush the outside of pita pockets with the melted butter.
Step 3
Cook 2 minutes per side in a large frypan or on a griddle.
