Step 1: In a medium bowl mix together peanut butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, yogurt and cinnamon until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and raisins.
Step 2: Spread the peanut butter mixture inside the pita pockets; add the banana slices; brush the outside of pita pockets with the melted butter.
Step 3: Cook 2 minutes per side in a large frypan or on a griddle.
