Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 tablespoons peanut butter (chunky style)
  • 3 ounces low-fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (I use splenda brown sugar mix)
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons semi sweet chocolate chips (mini)
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 4 pita breads, (9-inch, halved and opened)
  • 1 banana (large, thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted or low fat margarine)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium bowl mix together peanut butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, yogurt and cinnamon until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and raisins.

  • Step 2: Spread the peanut butter mixture inside the pita pockets; add the banana slices; brush the outside of pita pockets with the melted butter.

  • Step 3: Cook 2 minutes per side in a large frypan or on a griddle.
