I used 4 wings which I disjointed and put the tips in my freezer stash to make stock at a later date. I admit to being a bit of a lazy cook so put the wings into a foiled lined tray which I had sprayed with oil and then poured the marinade over them after bringing together in a small pot and I let it cooled before pouring over (I did a half recipe of the marinade) and made sure they were well coated on both side and put them into a pre-heated 175C oven at baked them for 45 minutes for finger licking tender chicken wings. Thank you Kittencal made for Alphabet Tag Game at FF&F.
